Strengthening of investor relations
As required by law, the supervisory board should be ready, within reasonable limits, to hold discussions with investors on topics specific to the supervisory board. Liliana Nordbakk wants to actively implement this suggestion. She will support the company’s investor relations activities and expand communication with investors.
"NorCom has acted rather cautiously in the area of investor relations in recent years," says Nordbakk, commenting on her motives. “Now, with the partner model that is being built around DaSense, NorCom has good growth prospects that are exciting for investors. We want to use this momentum to attract investors who want to participate financially and strategically in the further development and growth of the company. In my role as Chairman of the Supervisory Board, I would like to contribute my experience in this area to support NorCom on this path.”
Ms. Nordbakk was a founding member of NorCom, worked for the company as CFO for fifteen years and was responsible for the expansion strategy. After leaving NorCom, she settled down professionally in Silicon Valley, USA. She works closely with venture capital firms through her company Motke Capital LLC and is a member of the Band of Angels network. Motke Capital gives small and medium-sized technology companies from Germany access to American venture capital and thus gives them the opportunity to participate effectively in the US market.
“Liliana Nordbakk knows the company well and has excellent contacts in the investor scene. Coupled with her professional experience in this area, she will be able to effectively support our Investor Relations,” says Viggo Nordbakk, Managing Director of NorCom.
The members of the supervisory board and management thank Dr. Johannes Liebl for his commitment to date as Chairman of the Supervisory Board and we look forward to continued good cooperation with him.
