New DDR5 memory from Innodisk for workstations

A global company develops and produces workstations for engineering, product design, architecture, data science and VFX. This Innodisk customer uses DDR5 UDIMM memory at 4800MT/s and 32GB in their high performance computers. These are ideally suited to the use of DDR5 as they offer server-level performance with high-end processors and plenty of memory in a standard PC form factor for CPU and RAM intensive applications such as graphics, 3D design and video editing.

End users, in turn, use the computers in a wide variety of fields such as science and medicine, film, mission-critical applications, manufacturing and design. They benefit from the higher bandwidth, better power efficiency and higher memory efficiency of DDR5 memory components. In addition, DDR5’s on-die ECC provides an extra layer of protection through IC-level testing.
