Volker Stamer, Director of the SCHAUFLER Academy, will moderate and host the live BITZER Web Forum, discussing proven, new and alternative refrigerants with refrigerant experts Hermann Renz, Technical Programs Manager, Dr Heinz Jürgensen, Director of Application Engineering and Product Performance, and Julian Pfaffl, Head of Product Performance. The audience will have the opportunity to ask questions via live chat.
At the SCHAUFLER Academy, which is the international in-house BITZER training centre in Rottenburg-Ergenzingen, Volker Stamer attaches great importance to refrigerants and their handling as one of the central topics of seminars and training courses. Choosing the right refrigerant plays a key role in determining whether systems are efficient, environmentally friendly, future-proof and effective. With its extensive product portfolio, BITZER offers the right solution for any application and advises users in their search for the optimal refrigerant. The SCHAUFLER Academy adapted the concept of in-person events months ago due to the corona pandemic and has since offered training courses also as webinars. In light of the current situation, the BITZER Web Forum, too, will be held exclusively online, with experts engaging in discussion at three events over a period of two days:

BITZER has been a driver of innovation in refrigeration and air conditioning for decades. The company published its first Refrigerant Report in 1992, a groundbreaking achievement. Since then, the Refrigerant Report has served as a well-founded and neutral source of information both inside and outside the sector, as it regularly takes up current requirements and trends and presents and explains them in a clear and concise manner. Recently, the topic of refrigerant has taken on greater significance, particularly in response to the requirements of the EU F-gas regulation and the Kigali Amendment, and will continue to be at the top of the agenda. The 21st issue of the Refrigerant Report will be released as a PDF document in German and English just in time for the Web Forum – and in updated digital form a short time later at https://www.bitzer-refrigerantreport.com/….
BITZER will be offering the next digital event highlight in mid-November: the BITZER Days will introduce invited customers to the current and future world of BITZER, with new products, services and innovations to be discovered.
As an independent specialist for refrigeration and air conditioning technology, BITZER is present all over the world: with products and services for refrigeration, air conditioning and process cooling as well as transport, BITZER ensures optimum temperature conditions for trade in goods, industry processes and indoor climate control – always considering highest possible energy efficiency and quality.
