Proven, customised wastewater treatment technology: Treating large volumes of wastewater individually

Whether commercial or domestic, wastewater is generated at different volumes and in various environments. Hotels, residential areas and leisure facilities are just as dependent on safe and reliable wastewater treatment as industrial sites, airports and municipal facilities. KLARO MAX wastewater treatment plants offer a modular solution that can be configured to suit individual circumstances and specific requirements.

The technology and expertise of KLARO GmbH in the field of decentralised wastewater treatment technology is established worldwide. As a leading European supplier, KLARO GmbH’s portfolio includes customised wastewater treatment systems for larger volumes. The KLARO MAX systems are specially designed for wastewater volumes from 150 m3 per day.

KLARO MAX was specifically developed to ensure safe, robust and efficient wastewater treatment in different environments and under individual circumstances. The wastewater treatment plants have already proven their worth worldwide, including in residential areas, schools and universities in France, China, Bangladesh and the Philippines.

High-performance customised wastewater treatment technology

The modular concept and flexible adaptability make KLARO MAX a versatile solution for various starting positions. The robust wastewater treatment system is basically divided into one-line and two-line systems, depending on the volume of wastewater produced. Up to a daily quantity of 750 m3 of wastewater per day, the one-line wastewater treatment plant provides efficient performance. For volumes over 750 m³ or a population of 5,000 or more, the two-line KLARO MAX system ensures all-round reliable wastewater treatment.

Both system sizes use the tried-and-tested SBR process (Sequence Batch Reactor), which is not separated in terms of space, but runs consecutively in a purification cycle. Regardless of the size of the system, KLARO also provides comprehensive support for each location and every project, as well as dimensioning according to individual factors such as climate zone, altitude or available space.

Wastewater treatment plant expertise in components

In order to make wastewater treatment with KLARO MAX as demand-oriented and efficient as possible, various components are available for an economical set-up of the wastewater treatment plants. In addition to direct sewage treatment plant modules such as valves, screens, pumps and flaps, the components of the power house have also been developed on a modular basis and can be combined as required.

Users can find additional modules beyond the core operation in the form of KLARO blue.cycle products, which enable the treated wastewater to be reused through chlorination or UVC radiation.

Large quantities, low level of effort

From residential areas to industrial complexes: For operators of wastewater treatment plants, their performance and reliability with as little effort and cost as possible is particularly important. KLARO GmbH recognises and fulfils these requirements. The KLARO MAX systems and components as well as the design of customised solutions are based on robust technology and the use of high-quality materials.

Everything is designed for intuitive operation and low maintenance. Even after initial installation, the system can still be expanded on a modular basis and adapts to changing conditions. Last but not least, the entire system technology is designed to meet future requirements: With complete automation, low energy consumption and wear-resistant components, KLARO MAX stands for sustainable, unobtrusive operation.
