A new Managing Director at Koelncongress Gastronomie GmbH

Sven Häffner has been active in the operational food service business since 2006. After graduating from the International University of Applied Sciences Bad Honnef in the field of business administration/hospitality management, he started his professional career at Hard Rock Café Germany GmbH as Operative Manager in Cologne and later as Assistant General Manager. After holding other positions, he joined Aramark as District Manager in 2011. Among other things, he took on responsibility for catering at Koelnmesse with his Aramark team in 2017, and the portfolio of tasks grew further to include two zoos and the MCC Halle Münsterland. At the beginning of 2021, he was also appointed Managing Director of Restaurationsbetriebe Stockheim, of which Aramark is a shareholder.
