Our award-winning periCORE SPE communication module takes digitalization to the next level. The embeddable, cross-component module is the central element in the Perinet Seamless IoT Connectivity System.

Perinet’s Development Kit provides a full-featured environment for application-specific firmware development for periCORE and makes it easier for original equipment manufacturers to integrate periCORE into their products. It supports all interfaces of the periCORE module in a variety of combinations and includes hardware and software components.

Our Single Pair Ethernet based Smart Components transform passive peripheral devices into active network participants through simple retrofit. These IT-based systems already communicate fully via IP protocols in a direct way and create added value in digitalized business processes.

The periMICA open modular edge computer is our further development of the Hermes Award 2016 winner, a central building block that enables the virtualization of field devices. We showed by means of exploded view the individual components and composition variants. The periMICA network provides numerous software-based solution packages. The focus is on condition monitoring and predictive maintenance via retrofitting.

Our presentation also included cooperation with our partners Zentinel MDS (system integrator), Elma (manufacturer of add-on modules for periMICA) and logiccloud (cloud-based PLC).
