Universal and flexible production: „CombiRail“ clamping rails from AllLite

With a total of ten versions available, there is a suitable model for every workpiece size. The rails are available in two widths – 50 and 72 mm. The 50 mm rail is available (in 100 mm increments) in lengths of 200 to 700 mm, the 72 mm rail in lengths of 400 to 700 mm.

Several CombiRails can be mounted one behind the other, and workpieces can also be clamped over several rails side by side. The clamping rails are also ideally suited for vertical use on clamping towers. For this purpose, the rails are provided with a hole and positioning pattern of 100 mm.

The 50-series rail achieves a clamping force of 16 kN with 20 Nm, the 72-series reaches a clamping force of 38 kN with 60 Nm. One fixed jaw and a flexible number of wedge jaws are always required for clamping. The clamping points can be adjusted according to the size of the workpiece – clamping workpieces of different sizes is possible without any problems. A scale on the side assists in presetting the jaws.

Furthermore, a floating jaw as well as front jaws with gripping teeth provide additional flexibility. The functional surfaces and serrations are ground so that a parallelism of +/- 0.02 mm is achieved.
