Camera modules for AI and computer vision from Innodisk

Camera modules are used in a wide range of applications today, from ATMs to bedside infotainment systems. Innodisk’s optimised cameras meet a wide range of requirements in these applications, including AI image recognition. This is applied, for example, in small MIPI cameras in a parking meter or a smart charging station for number plate recognition. Another typical application is in a production line for automatic optical detection of defects.

The camera modules from Innodisk offer three main advantages. On the one hand, they can be used in customer-specific developments, as they can be fully adapted to a wide range of requirements. With their platform compatibility, they can be integrated into all major operating systems and software programmes. The Internet Service Provider (ISP) adaptation enables complete integration into the customer application.

The EV2U-RMR2, EV2U-SGR1 and EV2U-RMR1 camera modules each have a resolution of 1,920 x 1,080 pixels at 30 frames per second (fps). They support Windows, Linux, Android and MacOS operating systems, are USB 2.0 and USB video class compliant, and also CE/FCC Class A compliant. They have a three-year warranty and operate in temperatures ranging from -20°C to +80°C. The EV2U-2SGR camera is specially designed for low-light conditions.
