The managed real estate portfolio comprises around 400 properties in Germany with a total area of around 400,000 m². These include Vodafone shops, technical buildings, call centres, various office locations – including the 18-storey Vodafone Campus at FerdinandBraun-Platz 1 in Düsseldorf – as well as seven large data centres. The range of services includes comprehensive integrated facility management services, from infrastructural services to technical facility management and special trades.
