Professional User Ratings (PUR) for realistic software evaluation
The "[…] independent Professional User Ratings support business and IT decision-makers in the selection process." techconsult analysts select providers that appear to be relevant for the rating according to technical aspects and then survey between 1,500 and 3,000 users about their experiences. The companies surveyed are selected to be representative in terms of size and industry affiliation.
The survey is based on the dimensions Company Rating (vendor rating) and Technology/Solution Rating (solution rating). Providers who receive excellent ratings in both categories are awarded the title "Champion".
