Your or your client’s company name or product name is not registered as a trademark, or the trademark it uses is not registered. In this case, the Early Access Period might be an optimal solution for you: You can register your domain name in the Early Access Period before others who need to use General Availability.
The Early Access Period works as a "Dutch auction". The access prices for registration start higher and then decrease daily. The interested party has to take into account two cost factors:

- the registration costs
