With time-shifted video interviews, the number of on-site interviews could be reduced and the time could be significantly shortened between advertising and filling a position (time to hire). The streamlined integration with SAP SuccessFactors helps to further optimize the recruiting process.
The success of this integration was already evident at ALDI SÜD during the test phase. The company has already planned the extension of the use of optional functions, such as video job ads.
