The executive board decided – depending on a corresponding resolution by the supervisory board (expected on 19 May 2021) – to propose an unchanged dividend of EUR 0.20 per share to the annual general meeting for financial year 2020/21. The annual general meeting will be held on 15 July 2021.
Today’s announcement replaces the publication of preliminary figures for financial year 2020/21 scheduled for 22 April 2021 according to the financial calendar.
