Centric’s digital employee file certified by SAP

As an SAP specialist and SAP Silver Partner, Centric Germany has spent many years advancing its employee file solution. The product’s consistent quality has now been confirmed by SAP through repeated certification. The digital Centric Employee File solution makes it possible to file and archive all necessary information and documents relating to an employee. Documents from SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM can be accessed from any location, and both from PCs as well as mobile devices. A wide range of document types can be archived flexibly using various channels. Centric put a special focus on security and data protection during the development of version 3.0 of its employee file solution. As a result, the product complies with all security requirements applicable to the management of personnel documents. Based on the SAP role concept, for example, access permissions can be controlled down to the level of individual documents, and critical processing steps such as deleting and moving documents can be monitored.
