Sulfur-resistant CF / CFast cards from Adata

A large number of sulfur compounds are formed in environments with high temperature, high humidity, high pollution and high concentrations of sulfur. These are absorbed by the metal surfaces of electronic components and cause the gradual formation of metal sulfide. This allows electronic resistances to change their original value over a long period of time due to oxidation, which reduces the reliability of SSDs. Silver is used as an internal electrode in thick film chip resistors. If sulfur penetrates, silver sulfide is gradually formed and the contacts are destroyed and short circuits occur over a longer period of time. As pollution continues to increase, anti-sulfurization technologies such as Increasingly used in industrial applications, energy systems, network applications, and outdoor equipment as well as in environments with high sulfur content.

To prevent short circuits from silver sulfide and to ensure proper module operation, ADATA has introduced anti-sulfurization SSDs for industrial applications. This ensures normal operation in extreme environments. This ADATA technology for preventing sulfuric acid compounds comprehensively protects NAND flash products and DRAM modules from sulfuric acid reactions. The CF cards are available in memory sizes from 512MB to 128GB, the CFast cards are available in sizes from 4GB to 256GB. Typical applications to counteract corrosion and improve stability and product life are in networking, automation, in the area of HMI, games, industrial PCs and medical technology as well as in digital signature and aerospace technology.
